A total scam

This app seems to be too good to be true- an online consultation with a medical specialist for $50-$100. Dont fall for it- drs appear to be real but they dont respond and you dont get a refund but instead a "HealthTap credit" for a new consultation. I literally tried to do
This 4 times- and no doctor responded and it was a 10 day process during which I could have seen 4 doctors in real life. A great idea that only works if you actually get to talk to a dr which is the missing element here.
