Ever since the new update (as of this week), its not free anymore!!!

Very unreliable app

This update has really been the best one yet!! This app gets better each and every time I use it.

PLEASE STAY AWAY from this service. I usually dont take time out to write reviews, but this time I had to. These people hire under qualified and lazy physicians. I hired a specialist and paid $44 for a consult. The doctor barely answered my questions. He was curt, distracted, and seemed disinterested. I requested a refund and I was denied. We ALL work hard for our money and we deserve to get the service that we paid for. This company cares nothing about their customers health. They only want your money. You will regret paying for this service. You are better off using Just Answers health service. Much better experience. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. You will regret it! Horrible experience.

These doctors really care. Having exceptional people like this on your side in these treacherous waters known as the US healthcare system could literally be a lifesaver

I love how the doctors know what they are doing

This app has been helpful so many times when Ive had medical issues but did not want to make a trip to the doctor. Doctors answer my questions almost instantly and this app has become so useful.

I think this COULD BE a great thing to have especially with treating common colds and small issues. I took a chance, twice and sent messages to physicians about my concern. No response to he first message and my money was automatically refunded. I sent a second message to another physician, no response but this time no refund without having to fill out forms. Ill give something a second chance but not a third so Im deleting this app

I think this could be a great tool for medical advice to the public. Notice I said COULD BE. Id even pay for the app if I didnt have to pay for an online Doctors Visit within THIS APP!! I submitted my 150 character question and was only given four doctors to choose from; none of whom were related to my issue, two of which couldnt practice medicine in my homestate and the third doctor I chose requested $44 for his "quick and accurate response." My co-pay is cheaper than that and, an surprised to say, the frustration waiting in the visiting room for our Family Doctor isnt near THIS! Is this a scam app or a free medical tool app to help the public? Disappointed, at best.

I use to get all my medical advice using this app without having to pay a fee! Now you have made it to where the app is pointless unless I pay $50 to have a question answered. Bad decision by changing all this.

Health problems always come up when youre least expecting it. Thats what makes this app great -- the fact that you can talk to a doctor or get real answers from a doctor when you really need it, whether that be in your house or anywhere else, is phenomenal. A must-have.

Good and professional, I live in China so it is difficult to communicate with local doctors. so having this option helps me a lot
