If theres one thing I have to say about HealthTap, its that I now have peace of mind 100% of the time. Whether me, my friends, or a member of my family has a health issue, I know that I can get answers, care, a prescription, a lab test--anything within the full scope if virtual care--and get it quickly and efficiently. This truly is the future of healthcare

HealthTap is the best single health app on the market. An amazing resource for anyone looking to get a real answer to their health questions (free) or even to connect with doctors for a virtual consult from your iPhone/iPad or computer (paid service). There’s a lot more to it than this, but once you get an answer from a doctor to whatever health question is on your mind, you’ll quickly discover how indispensable HealthTap is!

So nice to be able to get my specific health questions answered and to know that answer is coming from directly from a source I can trust!

You get a free trial. Not only do they make it super hard to cancel the membership they make it even harder to recover your password. I signed up with full intent to cancel but when I logged tried to log back on I couldnt. I emailed customer service to no avail because it was so difficult to even find a contact number. Turns out instead of trying to charge me,realizing I dont have the money, and then giving up. They KEPT TRYING TO TAKE THE MOMEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT so I called my bank and set up a block but now they sent debt collectors to try and get their money. I WANTED TO CANCEL BUT THEY MAKE IT SO DIFFICULT ON PURPOSE

HealthTap was already my favorite health app. A great safe service for doctors and gives us a great chance to help people in our spare time. Simple and easy to use. Now with the new HealthTap Prime there is an easy way to expand access to care. Very exciting app.

Reassuring to have this when youre not feeling well or are anxious about some health questions/issues.

Does everything you need - all in one app. Answers, tips, even doctor virtual visits. Nothing else comes close. Bravo!

150 letter limit not enough to explain to doctors whole problem and some are idiots they dont answer question you got to repeat it to get good answer .some of them doctors are book smart but idiots

Great user interface. Useful for chronic conditions and late night pains that might or might not require 6 horrid hours in an emergency room. Thank you for the peace of mind!
