Never connected. Waste of money

So far, so good but Ive only used the ask a free questions portion. Doctors seem knowledgable. Gave 4 because the app really pushes for the premium and every other feature keeps pushing it and it is annoying

I currently do not have health insurance as I just started a job and it begins in 90 days. Having a doctor to connect to without a copay is amazing! I snap a picture of whatever is going on if it is visible and the doctors can then help me out and prescribe me the meds I need in minutes after follow up questions. Every doctor I have met with has been very nice and truly cared about my health.

88$ wasted on two consultations plus the app either too slow on chat conversations and crashing the app. Get it fixed!!!

Nice concept but the interface not intuitive and it seems all paths lead to a screen asking for your credit card. If you go the free or $9 route any type of doctor may respond. For example, a Family Doctor responded very generically to specific issues I asked about skin cancer concern. Then I get a note from the HealthTap saying the doctor disappeared and I would get my $9 back. Then I get a message saying she wants to know how I am and I am to respond by a smile face or frown face. Bottom line: dont waste your time. Go see a doctor.

Answered the qs I asked and had good wealth of information on a specific question of mine.

Ive used HealthTap to get a quick answer when my grandchildren are visiting and have some small complaint. Its so great to have the immediate reassurance of this service!

I really like this app. You can read questions and answer from Drs. Have any medical questions or concern you can ask.. Lots of good info. I havent used it long yet but so far I think its good and a great concept.

Excellent service..the doctor was amazing and its definitely worth downloading. There is free information, but also optional paid services.

I love this app. I have 2 children who get sick often, being able to connect with physicians online from my mobile device 24/7 is a Godsend. It has saved us from unnecessary visits to the ER. This app also provides reliable information and is VERY intuitive to use. A must have for parents!
